Once ot twice no issue to claim. If many times insurer will check for fraud and blacklist u will never able to buy any more insurance after that.

Follow the procedure and it will be long. If first time claim loss car due to theft, I dont think insurance will suspect foul plays. If multiple claims under same car owner, then of course will raise suspicion.

Just follow the procedures, report police wait keputusan. Then submit claim... Then nego with insurance. The world is different now. Of course insurance can reject you but you can also bring them to court and ask them to prove it.

Usually they may pay and they will also do their own investigation. Because they also need to verify. Just because you claim, doesn't mean auto payment. They will also make a police report incase you made a fraudulent claim after they pay out.

Ayam has a helang pren drive expensive car go racing racing end up exsiden u know racing cannot claim right? But he get to claim everytaim eksiden. Because he say if insurance dont pay he just bring all his business (his company's insurance) give to other insurance company.

That claim is almost 12 years already. I think more than 12... That 2nd gen honda city with cvt.

Anyway I have since learn a lot about how insurance work. Like my boss merc, sohai uncle without license operate a mobile crane without road tax and insurance (since never move what, but insurance for what). One lucky day, it fell down and landed on my boss merc. Many ppl said cannot claim, but one insurance agent said can. In the end, managed to claim, macam victory... But last2 company receive a lawyer letter from merc car insurer claiming our crane piap their mercedes (since you already transfer car to the insurer after total loss). Cant remember how much my boss paid later to settle outside the court.

High class valets got give receipts to owners in exchange for keys. However during busy time, valets not at their counter and drawer are unlocked so thief just take the car keys, the thieves also well dressed so doesn’t raise suspicion.

I rarely give keys to valets unless to certain places like restaurants with their own perimeter fencing ie Hakka (opp Pavi), or places that I park in their valet parking and I pay the valet price but still hold my car keys.

Its true, if insurance co finds its one partof your negligence that led to the theft. They can deny claim. There is an exclusion on duty of care somewhere in the policy
