We are still the only team in the league without a draw. Go big or go broke United. LOL

so we can use mainoo as holding midfielder and amrabat as box to box or ball winning midfielder to replace mctominay.

Dunno how to describe, we played like shit, that is a fact.
But provided we are having 8 injuries + Sancho issue at the moment, results are more important. Yet, not every time also lucky like this, Ten Hag really need to think of a way to improve. |

We were not great or anything, the scoreline are very flattering. If I'm a neutral I'll feel sorry for Everton. They are good enough to be on the lead especially on the 1st half. Their moral must be crushing by now.
Our finishing made the difference. The defence and midfield are loose but it is great start for the young Mainoo. He got a calm head and will be a great prospect. We already know the great potential of Garnacho, the jaw dropping goal somehow stunned him and he is quite invisible on the rest of the game. The injury list are growing and this is perfect result ahead of Turkiye visit. Well done lads!!! |

3 pts 3 goals clean sheet... Play like shit...still take it proudly anytime... Lol... Rather slowly climb towards top 4 than sitting at bottom half table like Chelsea... Look at the london team that just started having injuries and their season collapsing from now onwards... Lol... We been having injuries before the season starts weiiiii

Maguire still the weak link whenever we need to hold possession... He dunno wad to do when the team is under pressure...i will not say he is performing better... He just doesn't suit the ETH way... He is lucky that varane is so injury prone until eth have to give up him for now... Maguire has always been using his injury free status to get games...

It's a 3-0 win. Enjoy it. And we did say the results are more important with the injury crisis we have. We'd all take a scrappy 1-0 win instead of a beautiful football but lose 0-1. So we did get what we want and more. Young. Let's not forget the fact that we dug so deep in our squad that our midfield depended on a fresh 18 year old. Kobbie Mainoo. What an impressive performance for an 18 year old. That exceeded my expectations put on a youth player. The coaches and the manager should be proud. Garnacho, everyone is talking about. Older. Maguire put in a shift and he is never one to be distributing from the back. Martial got on the scoresheet, Rashford got on the scoresheet. They needed the goals for confidence. Onana started the season with so much criticism, but he is now the joint holder for the most clean sheets in the League. That is quite a turnaround story. skylinelover, icehart85, and 1 other liked this post

Amrabat is alright, Fred's level, probably a little upgrade, more robust, useful and versatile. Will not buy him unless for a cheap price (under 15M GBP)
Mainoo have a long way to go. A veteran like Casemiro and Eriksen will be great role model. Maguire still a weaklink but typical English striker will not trouble him much. |
