I am in the 1st batch Debit Card. Received notification from GX Bank on 20 Jan 2024 that my card is on the way.. until now, yet to receive and my delivery address is in KL City.  Sending such a big batch by CityLink is a bad idea. They are not known for being efficient.

So, 2nd batch still long wait lah

Those who got your debit card, what is your app version? And for those who havent whats yours? Wondering wheter its released through app version update or just inside the app

i dunno mine which batch. but today my grab unlimited renewed for 3 times. times passed so fast, another 3 times to go.
already 6 days have passed - notification card has been sent. 8 days after applied
city link express really so slow

check your mailbox if havent already. mine received there with no calls from the courier. if not there, contact their CS for help.

Just received my card as well today. The City-Link Airway Bill has a date of 26 Jan 2024 .. GX Bank informed me on 20 Jan 2024 that my card is on the way. So, I think the delay is with GX Bank.  They probably didn't get the card ready to be collected by City-Link until 25 or 26 Jan 2024.

Anyone else gotten an email from gxbank asking for RFI(request for information)? Just wondering if its legit and should i reply or contact them directly to clarify.

last time i use virtual card,took 3 days to successful.
now i use physical card- with pin. less than 1 day has successful

received notification that card is out for delivery. let's see if it really arrives today

Too strict. May be newvbies who work with GX Bank and do not know how to know what kind of transactions are for CUCI.

If they send me email, i would withdraw all.
