Some machines can dispense 2k or 3k each. You need to locate it. Not all banks and all machines can dispense 2k or 3k per time.

Actually its limited by number of notes. If the ATM dispenses only RM 50, then its 1.5K. If it dispenses RM 100, then 3K each time.

Not really. Some machines dispense 100 notes but still limits to 1500 only.
