4M is sap sap water compare to the cost of operating brick and mortar branches together with other cost such as maintaining a workforce, insurance etc etc. Even with their non-pocket rate at 3% is already higher than most banks FD rate at 2.8%. 
In fact, I'm slowly transferring big chunk of my saving to GXBank.

i came from rize 3.8% to gx for 1 month of 5%, if no further promotions will just return to rize for the 3.8%

combine gx and rize for the best of both worlds.

I just paid about RM800 for my Adobe subscription online with my GX Card. It went through without any GX secure verification.

Seems a bit risky that anyone can just enter my GX card details to pay.

Or maybe it is considered low risk since it is subscription payment and no physical goods or services received. If fraud, they can just terminate the subscription?

Did you get this? I didn't ask GXBank for anything, and suddenly get this. I inquired Customer Service, and their response was vague, and admited it was from them. But why suddenly they asking for this kind of information, as well, most scary part, the email don't even have my name.
