Wonder why the Debit Card delivery so slow. Received the attached on Saturday, 20 Jan 2024 at 12 pm that my card is on the way.  My delivery address is in KL City. So should be fast as I assume they send out from KL (or Singapore?)

Just ordered my card too. It says by 31st Jan.. so keeping my fingers crossed

Was asked to additional information to verify transactions, eg. clarify relationship n purpose of the transaction. eg. state the transaction is related to business or personal.

Don't delete GXBank app if you intend to use it again some time soon. Will need to call CS to allow you to log in again and wait 12/24 hours before use.

no physical ATM machine, now subsidising MEPS atm fee. really needs to burn a lot of $$$
