Not sure if it's second batch or they're just ready for full rollout but it's there for me just now. It wasn't there earlier in the morning though.. like 7am, but now it's there.

Try to do the calculation between 1st batch and 2nd batch

I fell on 2nd batch, started yesterday. Scheduled to get the card by Feb 6th.

Agree, but for a new digital bank, I really like the app. Very nice and smooth. Even those normal bank apps can be horrible.. slow..

Tiger bank too much unnecessary stuff but still lacks necessary stuff. Not able to change contactless settings for my MAE card but we got ERL tickets and movie tickets..

I open the app, no tracking ID or else we can check ourselves if it's really out of delivery.

I knew it. First batch so slow.. would be too optimistic to believe 2nd batch cards out for delivery today. I don't expect can get it in a week or less than that.

I see the message also I thought "no way lol better don't expect"

They just started operating. Even traditional bank like Bank Islam when they launched their digital version known which is "be u" it took months to start the first batch of ATM/debit card despite they already been running traditional bank which you can walk in open account get a card.

The same thing will happen with Boost and Aeon after public release of the app.

I'm not IT person

Maybe they don't want to program code that could be used only for temporary?

Eventually they'll clear all the pending users and in future anyone who do fresh register the account will be able to get the debit card on the spot

Same goes for those who wants to replace card.. should be set for delivery in 2 to 3 working days.

Yes very smooth. I just hope they add all the other basic banking/money management thing like bill payment, transfers, duitnow QR.. and then just maintain it, insurance and loan if necessary. Other than that, no. I think that's why the app is smooth and fast, unlike the number 1 bank app like MAE, too much unnecessary features movie tickets, train tickets (I think), sama sama local thing.. don't know what. Look at TnG ewallet, even got a link to maxis, mr diy.. omg.

This GX probably temporary (few hours) system outage

Give them a bit time lah

2ndly.. always have backup card.

Same thing with tng e-wallet, also had outage. That's why need 2nd e-wallet.. boost, bigpay, just keep one backup.

If subscription failed to deduct, they'll always have 2nd or 3rd attempt after a day.

Yes, always have a back up.

Like me, last time lah (no gx that time), my primary is TnG. When down or can't use, I rely on BigPay (which was lousy, sometimes transfer don't work)

Then I found "Be U" (from bank islam) not perfect but was better replacement for me as backup instead of bigpay

Now with GX, I only use TnG and GX primarily.

Bank also got MBB and CIMB, but that's to keep money

It is up to you, everyone's preference

Grabpay can't do duitnow so it is not my preference

I just wanted an alternative that can do transfers conveniently

I rarely use grab, only if I want transport

Maybe now grabpay got duitnow already (I wasn't aware/updated on this)

The highlight is.. have a back up. If grabpay ok for you then grabpay pun jadi lah. Asalkan ada, apa apa pun jadi, janji ada backup.

We have many options available. More digital bank also launching.
