QUOTE(autodriver @ Dec 8 2023, 08:22 AM) Went to showroom yesterday for the S70. The front design look a bit dated while the rear design just moderate. It is big contrast inside with its stylish design and advance tech. At 90k (flagship) you get the full ADAS, full digital instrument, big head unit, electronic parking brake, and most important is the turbocharged engine with DCT. Proton will tune to malaysian preference like what they did with the X series. The car looks like C segment however the interior length is smaller than City similar like Vios, but the S70 is much wider than the duo. Btw I do not put high hope in drive because as usual China car setting is soft suspension with obvious body roll in corner. But it is still a good buy consider that the price is cheap. But yeah for other China car they didnt tune to Malaysian road. |

The X50 suspension is ultra soft similar like old time Toyota suspension. My family got 1 X50 flagship and I can assure this. When speed after 100km/h the car feel "floating" and really bad body roll. But yeah for other China car they didnt tune to Malaysian road. |

Buy online at rm1.2k work wonder for my car, installation outside at rm200This post has been edited by ayamxxx: Dec 27 2023, 11:38 AM |

My uncle have a x50 n mercedes he told me x50 eat more fuel than his mercedes X50 is not light at almost 1400kg but the car handling doesn't feel solid at all. X50 fuel consumption is quite high consider that the car is B segment SUV. |

Got review before but cant remember which reviewer went all the way to china and did the comparison. China have super smooth road so they can go with hard suspension. And proton tune it so it can absorb bump and hole better. Proton even got mention about it. I am lazy to find the articles |
