If you have the condition to pull lan for 2 AP, make backbone mesh. My whole house (2storeys) are 450-600m with AC1200. Most importantly, the roaming doesn't lag or spike.

2 ssid or 1 same ssid with same name are shit. It won't switch to the best signal automatically, unless you tune the signal lower, but it cause another issue that it reduces your performance.

I dont have problem at my home switching for my Deco M4 when I walk from ground floor to 1st floor room, it automatically switches and yes both has the same SSID.
