Ask yourself: whoever can guarantee that a wife can definitely give birth after marriage?? If your wife managed to have your babies, then it's considered your karma from previous life: the kids are here to bless and/or curse you (here to be your debt collectors by calling you daddy and MONEY ATM machines). If she can't give birth, it's called your fate or destiny.

But no. The bastard in this case put the blame ALL on her and couldn't care less that she had just lost an almost successful IVF baby just few months ago and insisted on getting a divorce.

He's definitely suspect for cheating her emotions and plotting for the monetary compensation from the divorce!

The biggest that I personally witnessed was a malay guy from kajang. Damn he could be in porn anytime due to his penis size. It was gigantic (lengthy and girthy).
I think with that size it may hinder his sex life, if he is a top (tukang cicuk) not many bottoms could take it from behind, and if he is a bottom, tops will feel insecure.

Whatever it maybe la. The point is he didn't ask for THAT before their marriage.

And after he insisted on the divorce, why. WHY did the judge award him 30 million from her assets and $$$.

What did she do to deserve this kinda fate AND penalty anyway? She's left without a marriage or even one kid. Shouldn't they leave her with more money for her protection? What was his contribution in the first place.

I tell you: they're ABUSING the concept of equality of the genders to BULLY the weaker sex. (Like it or not, a woman is definitely weaker during her pregnancy AND even confinement.)

Why should him asking for 30m within his rights?? She was practically begging him not to get the divorce because she had desperately wanted a family of her own since her parents divorced at the age of 12. Probably promising him that she would do anything, sacrifice everything and change for the better, just so he wouldn't divorce her.

What did she do?? Did she betray him or cheat on him in any way??

He's definitely not a decent person, heartless, ruthless, lawless AND devoid of any conscience whatsoever. He didn't care that she had just lost another child just a while before him asking for the divorce. She said that she was pondering suicide after the loss of yet another baby. Did he care? Consoled her a little? No.

And throughout their (not 1-2 months but) 10 years of marriage, he didn't contribute a cent of their household expenses. She had even given him 5m at the early stage of their marriage for him to start some business (twice!) but which both failed.

Why is him getting 30m of her hard earned money his rights?? Shouldn't he be asked to pay her back for ALL that money she had given him? She even put his name in the title deeds of her houses and cars.

She gave him ALL of her heart, soul, body and love, including money. And what is she left with?? No child, no husband and yet!! The Court still got her to give him $$$. He went to Court to spew LIES just so he could get the divorce AND the money!!

I'm wondering: why didn't the judge charge him for contempt of the Court?? No wonder the Courts in China are becoming like some pasar malam or pasar pagi!

With such a lopsided AND unfair interpretation of the equality of the genders (which can NEVER be equal in the first place) no wonder God HATES China so much as to give them ALL kinds of disasters!

whether he's entitled or not, that's a different story. there are 3 parties in a marriage, man woman and government. the third party is silent till something happens between the 2.

if he's not entitled to any money, then all women are not entitled to their husband's money when they file for divorce. women can work these days, right? why would men need to give away half of their life's work when the wife asks for a divorce? it's not fair, right?

equality. women love that word till they get the short end of that stick.

Women usually get the custody of the kids who are younger than 18 years old and in a divorce application the man usually has to pay child support and alimony payments.

Men can work and earn money, so can women. But, please.

Please just show me one man who can give birth to just one kid.

my view is post divorce, both the man or women can take care of the child. if the woman is unable, let the man find a family member or another wife to take care of the child. child support should be 50/50. equal.

so what if woman is the one that births the child? did the man not provide and protect the woman before, during and after pregnancy? just because the man did not get pregnant, it doesn't mean the man had no role to play. fuck off with that flawed logic.

child support and alimony is a relic of the days when women stayed in the kitchen. welcome to the age of equality, something that women fought for.
