I recently saw some construction vehicles at Skudai Parade, and now it's confirmed.


Taman Impian Emas residents are going to suffer—there's a major traffic jam every morning (7 AM - 9 AM) and evening (5 PM - 8 PM).

Impian Emas mostly Chinese resident? Interested in their new cluster in honeydale residence. Also, I also looked at the new coming project at Adda height, silver garden. Any advise?🙏🏻

Honeydale Residence might be near the KTM railway. You can check with the sales office to confirm.

The iconia garden residences (precint d) showhouse area is located close to the KTM railway...

As for Adda Heights, I’ve never been there before, so I have no comment.

Nowadays johor landed prop price increase so much.
A house 22x70 cost 800-900k. So crazy.
The condo/service residences have gone up alot too right?
I thk the high rise in jb ald over supply. And they still building it with more expansive price.
Crazy.

For me ,I think bukit indah is very good....

S P Setia built a very nice township....


Or Taman Mutiara Rini.....

Setia Eco Garden location a bit far...

I prefer skudai mutiara there. Not so developed like bukit indah and cheaper. Problem is the town planning is not good. Everyday jam at the certain time.

Would u suggest, landed or high rise for jb prop? LoL.

Location is good.

Developer want to earn more money.

House size is reduced to 18*65.

Some is 18*60

20*70






Actually, it depends on your budget.

👉 If you are wealthy, you can buy a landed house at jb area......

👉 If your budget is only around RM400k–500k, you can consider an SP Setia condo at Setia Tropika or Bukit Indah.

Actually, Bukit Indah is better than Mutiara Rini.

The proposed JB ART map also includes Bukit Indah.

In fact, Bukit Indah is the only place that has public buses to both JB Customs and the Second Link at Tanjung Kupang Customs.
