👉 If your budget is only around RM400k–500k, you can consider an SP Setia condo at Setia Tropika or Bukit Indah.

Actually, Bukit Indah is better than Mutiara Rini.
The proposed JB ART map also includes Bukit Indah.
In fact, Bukit Indah is the only place that has public buses to both JB Customs and the Second Link at Tanjung Kupang Customs.
