Nowadays johor landed prop price increase so much.
A house 22x70 cost 800-900k. So crazy.
The condo/service residences have gone up alot too right?
I thk the high rise in jb ald over supply. And they still building it with more expansive price.
Crazy.

Hey, TS , do u have any recommended landed JB rea to suggest?

This landscape is not attractive.
I prefer skudai mutiara there. Not so developed like bukit indah and cheaper. Problem is the town planning is not good. Everyday jam at the certain time.

Would u suggest, landed or high rise for jb prop? LoL.

I heard that this is the taman with nearby lane connecting the 2nd link.
Btw they are going to build luxury CEROS RESIDENCE on the roadside.
And, do u know which developers are well known with reliable reputation, good building material and quality? How is KSL ya?
I have heard that sunway, mah sing prop got quality issues.

I find that scientex building mcm got some quality issues. Recently go to c one of their high rise, the lower floor ceiling cement cracked from the door till the outer park at the window, the highest floor roof is all cracked extending to the wall. A 9 year old building.
