Hi guys,

I just started my gym journey + occasionally doing intermittent fasting regularly. I never taken any supplement before in my life.

Thinking wanna start taking supplement for any deficiency. I ran through shoppee, there is many brands.

My question is, what supplement ( Vit D / Omega 3 / Zinq / Magnesium) should i take and what brand do you suggest. Budget will be below RM 200 monthly. Tq.

just eat more fruit like apple n orange n eat those telur kampung with omega 3 is better than taking supplement tongue.gif

Can consider centrum silver for magnesium zinc and vitamin d. Omega 3 look for high epa dha with molecular distillation to filter out impurities. Example like kordel omegrich or pristine gold fish oil.

Is Omega 3 fish oil (those with high DHA & EPA) necessary for daily intake since it was never proven scientifically for heart health benefits?
