I just started my gym journey + occasionally doing intermittent fasting regularly. I never taken any supplement before in my life.
Thinking wanna start taking supplement for any deficiency. I ran through shoppee, there is many brands.
My question is, what supplement ( Vit D / Omega 3 / Zinq / Magnesium) should i take and what brand do you suggest. Budget will be below RM 200 monthly. Tq.
