I know it's fake because I use tis product for a few years.
I return d item . get rejected.

The item is still in Lazada warehouse. After return rejected. NO REFUND whatsoever. No return of item.

Can I fill tribunal court case.? A few hundred only, just not syiok Lazada customer service.

* Update : Lazada want me to prove its not authentic. It said need photo of Original vs te fake one. And DOCUMENTS to prove its Fake item.

I request lazada to return d item to me.

* Latest update : Refund in process. Lazada change my refund reason, item doesn't match wit description.

TS, when you say fake, you mean it's counterfeit right? If so, you cannot safely return it anyway because it's illegal to send counterfeit products via mail or courier.

That's the reason I used to avoid having to return a counterfeit Samsung MicroSD card. Also because lazy. I got my refund from Shopee and kept the card. The card works, just not ori.

Of course, you'll need to prove that it's counterfeit. I took my card to Samsung to verify that it's not a genuine Samsung card.

Yes go make a report in tribunal. Its often enough to make them listen to your demands as going through the process is annoying.

The only mistake you made is that you returned the item. The item is proof, and would have been a strong case for you in tribunal.

Nonetheless, you returned, which means no matter what should get a refund. This should also be mentioned in your tribunal report.

Saw many comments on fb about Lazada being cesspool of fake items despite the mall tag . Go to Shopee better .

Agreed. I've seen some creams and facial wash under Korean brand Innisfree not all of them are manufactured in South Korea. Some new batches were made in China hence there's slight difference on the label but some buyers mistaken them as 'fake' or not genuine.

But most Korea sellers do made it clear on their product listing. Asking their customers to only buy if they're fine with them.

Many people thought that LazMall status = The brand owner themselves. Most cases, it's not true. Any tom, dick, harry with authorize letter can apply and be a "Mall" seller.

from cosmetic industry, sometimes, manufacturer have to change ingredient/dosage because some scientist found out certain item is dangerous if use long term. so manufacturer have to change or replace the ingredient, thus creating different color/texture/smell and etc. happen especially made in EU item, as their regulator really doing the work to update and ensure safe cosmetics.

Encountered same situation before but unlike you, got in touch with the original manufacturer, who provided proof of counterfeit product. After submit evidence, terus refund, no need tribunal etc 😉

You should have kept the item, made a report to both Lazada CS and the original manufacturer (they are the ones that can tell whether it is fake or ori) to be proven in tribunal.

Saw one seller in lazada. Customer leave review saying it's fake. Then seller said they can provide proof of purchase from airport, as in duty free. But where got cheaper by almost 60-80% from official store?
Seller also said the product box got the batch number can check online. And I'm thinking, if it's fake, all the boxes will have the same number. They just need to copy from one original product amd that's it.

Checked batch code? It doesn't 100% proof the product real or fake, but if invalid batch code confirm fake.

For micro SD cards and external storage I always buy from official stores only like Samsung, SanDisk or Kingston. Prices abit expensive than regular online shops but products guaranteed original.

If betul wanna buy better from their official store.
Only earlier i saw some khield's products listed by some seller.
Selling for like Rm60 for 125ml, when the official store selling the same thing for RM80plus for the 28ml version.
Best part is the official store doesn't even have 125ml version.

How you know fake? The company could be having new packaging, new formula they always change them. My selsun shampoo i use for donkey years also changes the packaging and formula every couple of years wei.

PS not that i want to side lazada but my refund with them have been pleasant.. some the seller don't even have the chance to reject my request.. most recent wireless powerbank stated 15w reach 5w.. File request refund the moment item land in JnT they refunded me.
