Don’t think you can as you need to cucuk the card into ATM. AFAIK, there is no ATM in Malaysia supporting wave.

Then first RM 1000, subsequent amount subj to 1pct charge
Now reload straight charge

Oppps.. sorry. Cannot top up with credit card. Signed up long time ago and I recalled using cc to pay for the wise card and to put some money in the card. The charge was expensive though.
