question newbie.

My plan is for 300Mbps, and I'm using a router AC1000 CLOUD ROUTER DIR-820L. The router used to be able to achieve 300Mbps via LAN and 5GHz WiFi both phone and desktop, but recently, I'm not sure why, the speed is capped at a maximum of 100Mbps.

abang tm came and inspected, he told me that the network had been upgraded, and my modem no longer supports 300Mbps. and he offered me a new router and contract has to renew for another 2years which I've turned down. Is there such a thing? It used to support 300mbps, but now it no longer does due to the TM network upgrade?

Wah... BTU we cant change by our self right? if ask tm change, need to renew 2 year contract?

best guess is 500mbps permanent la, too greedy already for 800mbps 😂

went to tm point this morning, swu 3.0 still valid
permanent 500mbps @ 119 Waiver 6month , no tv package, 2x Mesh, recontract 2year. received sms appointment to change device this Saturday.

definitely deal of the year. move your self to nearest tm point asap before they take down this crazy offer.

contract ended

guys straight away ask the counter do appointment for you. it works, even tho unifi portal yet update to swu3.0,
but i received technician appointment on the spot. lol

for me, contract ended long time ago, there is successful case that under contract also entitled to swu 3.0, just visit nearest tm point to get the best offer for your plan.
