from enquiry to appointment settled within 15min

whole procedure
me: hi kak swu 3.0
counter: ok tau 500mbps 119 contract 2year?
counter: ok sekejap , booking ahad pagi ok?
me: ok
10mins later check received sms, open unifi app confirm appointment
me: ok tq kak dapat, terima kasih, baibai

tm point bukit Raja, my case is contract ended hence it went smoothly ya.

looks like swu 3.0 300mbps (free 500mbps) gang (before 5oct) if speed downgrade to 300Mbps will have war with tm after 1 year.

there's 3 possible scenarios for rm119 swu3.0

1) for those signed up before 5 oct, gets permanent upgrade 500mbps while 5 oct and onwards speed reduced to 300mbps after 1year. 300mbps gang will war with tm.

2) everyone gets 500mbps permanent after 1 year, everyone happy.

3) everyone speed reduced to 300mbps after 1 year , here we are, all the swu3.0 users need to unite to fight against TM. 🤪

t&c and sop stands for nothing when they put clause 2b in it . lol....

okay guys, quick update

rm119 - swu3.0 (contract ended) (tm point bukit raja)
apply for one time rm39 postpaid as well, will terminate right after, lazy to negotiate with the counter, I just wanted to get the thing done asap.

apply on 5 October, installation on 7 October.

300mbps boosted to 500mbps (asked the technician guy and he said it is 6 month boost, but I guess he himself also not sure what is going on inside tm, so can disregard this).

free 2 mesh wifi 6 dlink , no onu changes even i said my onu is 7years old. he said have to initiate another ticket

plan name changed to swu3.0 in apps immediately when they done with the installation.

what interesting is, i still get the upgrade notice, and it still says I am still eligible to speed upgrade , either 500mbps permanent, or like what the bet club says, glitch 500mbps or 1gbps.. lol...

so I guess, everyone, don't miss this golden chance if your contract have ended, or even not ended, no harm trying at tm point.
