Check tmr got order created or not, if created, success.
I think the system closed the entry at night, so they had to pass it to tmr morning.
1. Backup configuration(which download it to your computer)
2. Disable IPTV
(Interface: ETH_connection_2 Service Type: IPTV VLAN ID : 600)
3. Edit INTERNET, tick LAN 4 etc, if grey, means you need untick IPTV LAN 4 etc.
4. Save.
5. Reboot

Just restore the backup configuration if failed.

Yes, very likely you still need to remove the LAN4 inside IPTV, if disable don't give back LAN4 for your INTERNET.

A bit sad I can't help here, because...

Mine is orange DL4480V1, and, it is IPTV got LAN3 unticked, nothing.
While LAN0 - LAN3 is ticked at the INTERNET, lol.

if i have to guess, you probably need to remove IPTV connection profile altogether.
maybe each connection profile must have at least 1 port assigned, thus it refuses when you attempt to shift all ports to INTERNET which will cause no port left for IPTV.

so if i signed up for SWU 3.0 300mbps, would i be entitled for 500mbps upgrade speed?

will all SWU 2.0 user get auto upgrade from 300mbps to 500mbps?

made a report thru live CS on saturday to clarify whether the 500mbps is perpetual(forum) or 12 months(kakak counter told).

got a call from TM just now, perpetual. guess that verifies everything now

just checked, 300 500 800 all write ONR.

Yes. Only one so far. The rest including me, the speed remain unchanged after the completed upgrade message.

For SWU3.0 300Mbps (free upgrade to 500Mbps perpetual) , sb said got std20 , sb said not, confuse now.. :confused:  :confused:
or they just simply make multiple variants again for same plan,same price..    

After 5 October. Anyway, you can check previous posts. Many people installed SWU 3.0 RM119 after 5 October. Some got 2 routers, some got one only. So far we don't know why. We can only blame installer kamsiap since they are the one who keep the stock. Lol

ask the technician show you the order details in their device !
my technician do show me that 2x router mesh in unifi order system. because I ask for replace onu they say cannot must follow order given by Hq. and he  showed me the page.
