After speed upgrade, all know SWU 3.0 500M RM 119, and grabbing it.

RM 89 last 24 months, then revert back to RM 119 500M, yes.

90% tm point told you it is RM 119 500M SWU 3.0, you die die trust 10% trouble TM Point told you it is RM 119 300M...

You are free first 6 month, then back paying RM 119 for 500M monthly.

So if you touch RM 119 x6 saved for first 6 month, then cry la...

i tried that before & they told me they don't know what is SWU & told me to go tm point. 

Others you know, kaki on kaki, looking you cry mom cry dad, then ask fingerprint but no submit, later back no SMS no schedule no order...

higher speed is good when you have a big crowded family member & problem is my side only available 30 Mbps package.

TM slowly upgrade the plan & do we really need to downgrade the plan? If you no need, then why don't you unsubscribe your current Unifi plan & give for those who need the port.

Mostly kena butt-hurt if can't even pee, poop or even fart.

Downgrade (after a non-consensual upgrade) and be forced to another 2-year contract.
The whole purpose of the initiative was a promised price reduction, not price reduction ONLY if you're locked to a further 2-year contract.
There's some people in here who seem to have this notion that the general public visits this thread and if they don't they're "noob", people simply don't come here and scroll through hundreds of pages.

i think you are the one misleading yourself.

you signed up for 300Mbps. You know when you signed up it will revert back to original subscribed speed of 300Mbps.
