Trying my luck to see can go SWU 3.0 with my current package - Broadband 300mbps + Entertainment RM169 with 1 year contract left.

The counter guy says sorry tak dapat.
Then i ask him if situation available what's my SWU 3.0 benefit ?

He says RM149 with current package + 6 months waiver + free upgrade 500mbps 12 months.

Guess have to wait or try another time.

almost same package as mine, meaning that it will be pointless for me to walk in to tmpoint. haiyaa now stuck with 500mbps + aneka = RM169 for another year.
yours still in contract when you request to port out? mine still got 1 year left and there's gonna be penalty for port out, I don't think TM will call and counter as long as they got the penalty payment.

Meaning to say, i can just cancel the Maxis / CelcomDigi Fibre if TM doesnt call for retention ?

It's just that I am not sure if my assumption is correct. Haha. Now with your confirmation , I am kind of relieved. Then I will just wait for their SMS first. Today is quite busy. Really have no mood to visit tm point again. Lol.

But you have a point, I don’t even see any actual statements of my contract :
- 6mths free bill
- 1yr free upgrade to 500Mbps

it is likely to be 500mbps permanent. if you check unifi self-service portal, you might not having the option to upgrade to 500mbps plan. meanwhile the other package that currently have temporary speed upgrade in place have this option available.

even if we are stucked with 300mbps speed, at the very least we didnt pay premium price for it thanks to that 6 month bill waive

But if u look at the plan name ur is SWU 3.0 300Mbps that is eligible for free speed upgrade and not SWU 3.0 500Mbps eligible for free speed upgrade as shown in the system page.

Went to TM Point yesterday, applied for SWU3.0 300Mbps(upgrade to 500Mbps) RM119, but can't process yet since I have 1 more week till contract ends. So now the news is officially out, will I still get RM119 or I'd be changed to RM139 plan?

Does this mean I'm eligible for 100Mbps @ 89 ?
