Just sharing my swu upgrade results. Upgraded from 100Mbps 2019 Turbo plan to SWU 300Mbps plan.

Technician came to install on Thursday, gave us FiberHome SR1041F router (1unit).

So far my speedtest looks good, and the FiberHome router also works better than I thought so far.

5m away from router, 5Ghz channel. No direct line of sight, no door.
Device: iPhone 11


2nd floor, back bathroom. 2.4Ghz channel. Furthest point from the router within the house. About 4-5 walls in between.

Nothing to complain about I guess, the Wifi6 itself is already outperforming my AC68u in all aspects for speed and range.
If I have to upgrade from here, means burn more money la 

actually very funny about tm speed test. upon installation i using tm official speed test to run but give me consistant this speed. after i question tm technician he said need to use ookla to test because the tm speed test got problems.

we thought 24hr guarantee is time since a report is created.
some had otherwise claimed that the 24hr guarantee is the time since your report is eventually assigned to somebody to fix.

start from time report. u need to screenshot the incident till resolved. then submit to tm. wait few month to give u money. The chances are very slim.
TM will pretend dunno this incident from happened. unless u chase every month till they fed up to refund as rebate

I experience download speed is limit to less than 20MB/s.

My package is 500mbps and i assume i should get download speed around 50 to 60 Mb/s. But this is not the case.

I tried to download Windows iso file and also apple ipsw file, still get less than 20mb/s

I do speedtest, i'm able to get more than 500mbps download speed.

Anyone has any idea how to resolve this ?
