2. CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY

a) The Campaign is specially offered to existing Unifi customer (residential & business)
who subscribe to any of the Unifi Home or Business package prior to 5 October 2023,
except:

i. Customer which resides in non FTTH area (i.e. VDSL, SUBB, ADSL);
ii. Customer who subscribed to max speed available (i.e. 2 Gbps plan);
iii. Customer who subscribed to any subsidized package (i.e. Pakej POP, Pakej
Perpaduan);
iv. Customer who subscribed to plan with Fixed IP;
v. Customer who subscribed to TM Staff Plan
vi. Customer who subscribed to other than Unifi Home & Business Broadband (i.e.
Streamyx, Unifi Lite , Unifi Air, Unifi Mobile)

the reason for 800mbps to be unupgradable

can downgrade to RM89 100mbps if your contract is over . go to unifi app . free mesh and free voice call.

better 100mbps deal

unifi app . go to "change plan" page . click broadband . choose what you want.

can get from Unifi Selfcare too.

probably TM just show upgrade plans and omit the rest.

Here’s what the free speed upgrade looks like depending on your current plan.

30Mbps -> 100Mbps
100Mbps -> 300Mbps
300Mbps -> 500Mbps
500Mbps -> 800Mbps
800Mbps -> 1Gbps

this is the answer straight from TM top management

most probably unifi mobile postpaid . TM has excess 5g capacity .

1 ) some of the routers have buttons to disable wifi
2 ) maybe the wifi is disabled by setting of the firmware.
3)try another router .

and no more free 600 minutes voice call . all the telcos haven't signed the final agreement.

negotiations among the telcos are still ongoing . I am hopeful that Fahmi and MCMC can give 100mbps packages a much better deal .

lowest priced package (100mbps) can be a political issue . the telcos haven't reached agreement on the package yet. that is why TM is upgrading 300mbps and 500 mbps and even 800 mbps later . 100mbps may be upgraded after 800mbps.

I used this router before . it (fiberhome sr1041f) stayed at channel 60 for more than 10 days and no issue . dfs and no interference .

do you get a landline number ?

the latest RM69 and RM89 packages do not mention voice call . it may imply no landline number .

free upgrade to 300 mbps for how long ? months or permanent ?
