you just need a 2nd ONR.

Ya, if u got CCTV iot, still can setup this old 850L for iot, this will ensure iot don't drag down the WiFi Performance.
Best wifi performance is when there is 1 device connected, without <wifi5 device.

Tried my luck requesting swu3 by chat line, no luck, the agent said still in contract (got 6 months left). Later on on TM point also no luck but this time the counter lady explained since I'm from previous swu package I need to complete the 2 years term.
If I wasn't from any swu package, she can proceed even with that 6 months left in contract. So she said nicely I can try come again April next year and see what's TM has in store for me. Adoiiiii......

6/10/23 - Received SMS Free Upgrade Completed. But tried to restart modem & router still not able to get DL 500Mbps, UL 100Mbps.
9/10/23 - SWU 300 at Kajang TMPoint, was told only provided 1 mesh router. Didn't argue cause i used my own Xiaomi AX9000 mesh routers.
10/10/23 - Installer just came with 2 free fibrehome AX3000 Mesh routers, and he reset the Unifi port, restart Modem & Router, straightly get DL 520Mbps and UL 118Mbps.

I'm now happy customer to enjoy higher speed 500Mbps with lower price RM119

I also received one only from the contractor, didn't really wanted to argue also since i know the stock router would not perform well for my house for 3 storey.

I got the Fiberhome version which is okay-ish except I am also facing similar issues as them. Something is limiting the WiFi speed to 300Mbps download, but upload has no issue with consistent 100Mbps+. Testing on my phone using WiFi 5GHz right infront of the router should definitely achieve 500Mbps download. I achieved it previously with my TP-Link AX20. The Fiberhome is AX3000 whereas the TP-Link I had was AX1800, so no reason the router shouldn't achieve the same results. Unless having two routers in mesh affects the download speed on the main router?

M9 Plus' RJ45 is cacat crippled OKU. It can get just above 500Mbps, so it won't disappoint - until you go for higher speed.

I was disappointed with it when I upgraded to 1Gbps.
Went only and read complaints of users who were also surprised that its RJ45 isn't true 1Gbps.

Nope, they bind port speed based on your fiber modem + account.
So you need to swap account's location, not package.
