Not sure those plan  still can adopt STD20  voice pack or not.
Assuming RM99 100Mbps plan  can adopt STD20, and the price still RM20 , then they have to pay RM99+20 = RM119 for the peace of mind.
then , it only RM10 off  from the RM129 OLD 100Mbps plan, or  RM20 off from the latest RM139 300Mbps plan.     

Installed my 100Mbps today, switched from maxis fibre

Retaining the same huawei BTU, TM gave me very lousy D-link Wifi 5 router lol. Had to change to my AX20 after they left

they said, i will get free upgrade to 300Mbps within 2 months but 100Mbps alr enough for me

also a question, is 20ms a normal ping to singapore for Unifi user? I can get around 14-15ms with maxis

100Mbps RM89 permanent. That's the only thing cheaper.

Maxis 300Mbps is RM129 permanent or back to RM149 after 2yrs?

I am using CAT 8 Vandesail Cable. Funny thing is, using all same cable but with given TM Dlink router speed test in PC get 500mbps only when change to ax73 speed is just 90mbps. Tried going through TP-Link 192.168.0.. no setting for changing the high-speed thing. Anyone can help out?

Not upload speed drop, the upload speed was not upgraded. It stayed at 10mbps. Only download speed upgraded from 30mbps to 100mbps. If there is anything wrong with the fiber drop cable, then download would not be achieving 100mbps. Fiber cable is passive by nature, it facilitates transfer of data regardless of direction.

maybe because of old fashioned (2014 era) install method, which black optic come in living room, pass through white box then only go into silver huawei box

I direct connect Cat5e from BTU to my laptop. Stated there 1.0gbps. So it should be able to support up to 300 Mbps. Dunno why can only get around 110 Mbps.
Anyone has any idea why my upgraded speed still stuck at 100 Mpbs? Unless TM wrongly send me SMS and still not yet upgrade.

well, obviously his is SIP set up is not yet "pushed" to sign in as his intended number....
that's why he dialed his old number and just get silent treatment.

i am currently having speed reduction issue with my 2Gbps.

The download is variable, BUT, it is still able to get 2Gbps as subscribed, at random times.

The upload unfortunately is hovering around 300Mbps, far from the subscribed 1Gbps. At most only ~500Mbps+ at very very very few and random times.

The ONR guide released by TM for speedtesting 2Gbps had listed 2 methods:
• use D-Link WiFi Air app, OR,
• plug 2 computers with 1Gbps LAN ports direct to the ONR, run test at same time on https://speedtest.tm.com.my, then sum the result to get your speedtest numbers.

The Air app
• only works if downloaded from Google Play Store
• allows you to run speedtest once-and-only-once; you will have to clear storage or uninstall and go through whole set up motion again if you want another speedtest
• Maya Chat: "we do not accept Air app result, only accept result from https://speedtest.tm.com.my/"

... but to test on speedtest.tm.com.my
• you can't use wifi - else how to get speedtest beyond 1Gbps?
• you can't use 1 computer with 2.5Gbps LAN because ONR only have 1Gbps port after all; how to get result beyond 1Gbps?
• so are you going to need 2 computers after all?

That's the problem lah. 1 GPON fibre shared by dunno how many. Even my row of houses already port full. Luckily for me all casual users so I can still get 800Mbps all the time. I'm afraid the situation will change after free speed upgrade and SWU3. By 2024, all gg if TM doesn't do anything about the infra.

For now, I try my best to save money for other ppl (& bandwidth) by recommending SWU3 100MBPS RM89. 

So was on TM unifi Members FB and saw this interesting account.

Everytime speedtest using the tm own one, always got more than 100mbps (100 - 110)... i already change LAN cable that from modem to router using cat 5e still the same.

A lil update.

After sign up swu3.0 rm119 last week (from rm129 100mbps no contract), TM came install 2 x fiberhome. Wifi speed can get 460mbps not bad. Oct bill came rm98. I guess the 6months waiver effective nov onwards.

They called to offer a change to fibre with free installation as there are ports available where I am. I also got the SMS and email for free speed upgrade.

So if I take up the offer, and still keep 50 Mbps, I am guessing I will be upgraded to 300 Mbps with 6 months free as part of the SWU 3.0. At least that is what I have read here. Some guys even got 500 Mbps.

Is this correct?

Hi all sifu, may I know how do you guy get the SWU 3.0? My current plan is unifi 300Mbps - Turbo super value(Broadbad) with RM147.35 monthly bill and recent speed upgraded to 500mbps. Thought the bill should probably be cheaper or how do I get RM119, free 6 months bill with new router and mesh?
Did try to walk-in to Taipan TM Point but their system down today, sigh..
