Labour run.. full of residents that don't pay tax but go on benefit. Mostly low skilled economic migrants that come to the UK for the welfare system but don't want to contribute to tax that supports the welfare system. Prefers cash business so that can escape tax.. then beranak macam rabbit all govt funded.. sounds familiar?

Probably too much tongkat recipient but not enough tongkat producer. I think another article mentioned the fundings they've been receiving from the government all this while got slashed alot recently, so much that they themselves could not cover their expenditures.

They're probably not the only city council who got their fundings cut, expect more to come?
