Shell used to refund right away. Recently it started having delays..

I honestly dunno about debit card. But on credit card it will disappear within 1 to 24 hours. Usually customer won't even see the transaction as statement come 1 day later, so a lot of people don't know got such thing.

But gx bank got show live statement. This rm200 holding charge really caused a lot of alarm last time

I have used only debit card for petrol
Whether it is live or not, depends on the bank
Even bigpay shows live, while some banks do not

I used only debit/prepaid card

Last time shell will charge rm200 (or any preset) and then refund balance right away

These days the refund is taking time.. 2-3 days

Nope, insurance/takaful is in exclusion list.

How about parking fee at shopping mall? If we pay by swiping GX Bank Debit card, are we entitled for 1% cashback?

I find the convenience about the same if you scan directly during entry and exit, rather than going to autopay. 1 sen is still better than those no crap that tng gives you.

Did you get RM4.9 cashback every month? I got it the first 2 months but after that didn't got in for 3rd month. 4th month then got it again. So which mean still less one month.

yes i got the cashback every month. start subscribe at the end of dec 2023. now waiting for march cashback and it will be the 4th cashback. so far no issue on the cashback.
