Nowadays where got enough 50K. Its like peanuts man 50K. Top up to 70-80K can lah ada face abit.

I would say probably not enough unless u settle for cheap material/brand.

Cabinets and wardrobes u need to know the measurements how many feet u want. Then u can just contact any companies u like for quotation.
Different materials different prices.

For wet works, piping and electrical also need to know measurements.

Curtains are the easiest same thing measure and get quotations.

A standard door is about 3ft width.

I was quoted 5k+ for aluminum sliding door for kitchen size 8ftx9ft... Only frame is aluminum, rest is frost glass also 5k+... If goes for those slim minimalist type is 8k+...

Yeah. Piping isnt that expensive. Im using buteline polypipe. Not copper for hot/cold water. That would be expensive for the whole house.

for carpentry, not so good cos very soft. need alot of woodworking techniques to make it stable as chair or cabinet.

for dining table slabs, yea good value (cos its 4-5k and give you thick thick 3-3.5inch above to avoid the mentioned soft wood issue) ,
cos if use merbau cengal, will cost 8-10k liao, and usually 2inches thickness.. cos 2inch also very strong liao.

50k consider cheap, depend what you want ? 50k for front main auto gate also not enough if you want quality.

Set aside a budget for your appliances then if it was me I would tile up the walls of the kitchen (minus the areas you plan to have your built in) if not already done so. Reduce your wet kitchen costs as much as possible. Just go for concrete wet kitchen top and tile it up. Bottom just install doors can even minus shelves to save cost.

Whatever you have left after the above you get the best deal you can for your dry kitchen. That's where your built ins should go and where you want a good island /peninsula to entertain guests or have dinner

basic mechanism, No piping relocation, minimum hacking as in for few additional plugpoint only. yes 50k can make do for the size you mentioned.

It is best to minimize the relocation especially water related piping and work around based on it. No matter how good your skill, once you touch it, the aftermath is a pain in the arse aside from still within warranty if house is new.

I saw a house with a pot filler before, looks really useful , but piping aiyo. If still close to sink maybe possible. At least not as bad as a kitchen island sink.
