looks like raintree aka monkeypod

for carpentry, not so good cos very soft. need alot of woodworking techniques to make it stable as chair or cabinet.

for dining table slabs, yea good value (cos its 4-5k and give you thick thick 3-3.5inch above to avoid the mentioned soft wood issue) ,
cos if use merbau cengal, will cost 8-10k liao, and usually 2inches thickness.. cos 2inch also very strong liao.

wah this one scared, cos at joint part may leak...gotta hack out the hidden area just to do replacement if its leaking at joints. if the piping part..yea its very solid.

aiyoh kesian la pakai melamine. at least block board

if i do for kawan2 can kua. (yea include doors also blockboard) if do for others then follow market price.

solid nyatoh wood shaker style doors also can. (usually 20-40k range kitchens use those)
