QUOTE(debonairs91 @ Sep 1 2023, 03:53 PM) So far kitchen 50k and living 20k including appliances. Master bedroom no need buy anything other then wardrobes and curtains so maybe 10k? QUOTE(debonairs91 @ Sep 1 2023, 04:21 PM) Including appliances and wet hacking everything. Hood, hob, oven, dishwasher and maybe grinder. If within budget maybe put new tiles I would say probably not enough unless u settle for cheap material/brand.Cabinets and wardrobes u need to know the measurements how many feet u want. Then u can just contact any companies u like for quotation. Different materials different prices. For wet works, piping and electrical also need to know measurements. Curtains are the easiest same thing measure and get quotations. |

If goes for those slim minimalist type is 8k+... Maybe get another quotation. 5k+ sounds about right or a bit high. 8k+ is really high liao. Depends on your area also. Now I know why house Reno easily hit few hundred thousand |

QUOTE(9m2w @ Sep 1 2023, 04:16 PM) If just cabinet way more than enough d. You not gonna have built up on all the walls. If wet kitchen you can save up by having just bottom shelves only below the sink. Keep your fully built ups at your dry kitchen. I use Alustil carcase but door and others I did my own. Their quality and details actually top notch.I gatal2 got a quote from Alustil for my dry kitchen. 8 feet of built up cabinets including peninsula table top with bottom shelves. 50K Just gatal2 only. Not as rich as TS to seal the deal. |

QUOTE(debonairs91 @ Sep 1 2023, 03:39 PM) My main concern is kitchen cabinet. 50k enuf to get the kitchen done nicely or not? Small kitchen 10x20ft 50k for kitchen kabinet is overkill liao...If you got concrete liao then cheaper .. Market rate for base kabinet 168/sqft , top 135/sqft melamine. For aluminum more expensive of coz. |

Quotation + design they give free or need to pay? Need to state upfront what design+material I want?Cabinets and wardrobes u need to know the measurements how many feet u want. Then u can just contact any companies u like for quotation. Different materials different prices. For wet works, piping and electrical also need to know measurements.
