Same here. Booked Model3 LR RWD, the night of the budget announcement, 10 October. Noticed that VIN was assigned after a week and the motor number earlier this week. DA called again today informing delivery will be end of Nov.

Now just need to bid for plate number and auto insurance.

Oh yea, on the free wall charger from their panel bank (pbb or hlb), we can install prior to car delivery, with condition that installation must be done by tesla certified installer. If you opt for other 3rd party, we can only collect the charger during car delivery date. Already confirmed this with DA. Not sure whats the difference between tesla certified installer and other 3rd party though.

Think user issue
500-700 more expensive

Thanks for the heads-up! Did you go for the certified one or just the external installer? Hope for more of your thoughts. Also read from your earlier post that you're using a single phase electricity. Do you think it's necessary to convert to 3-phase for landed house?

My LR RWD delivery is on Nov 25, booking was made on 10 Oct after the budget announcement.

I havent prepared or enquired on the wall connector. Looks like i will need to convert my current single phase electric to 3-phase before start to install the connector. Guys, mind to share your experience on this?

The phase conversion and connector installation will probably cost rm10k+ for my house. Also, if im going for 3-phase, i guess might as well go for solar panel, that will be another rm35k++. Darn, all this costs money! Im thinking if i can buy and use the granny charger/mobile connector first while i decide on the whole 3phase and solar thingy. Will it be safe to use granny charger as a temporary main charging source? Chatgpt says its safe and highly recommended due to the low amp being good for battery conservation, as long as i use a durable switch point, but other sources say that granny is only meant for emergency, not as main charging point. What do you guys think?
