This area will still be more residential / suitable for local people. Reason for MK to thrive is because of foreigners. Don't expect just by having mrt there, suddenly all the angmos japanese will want to move to segambut. At most it will be like pantai for bangsar south, setapak for klcc, cheras for trx. Likely focus will be developing in terms of residential.

However, things will change if they bring in corporates / business. Then it will be game changer / hot / whatever you want to name it.

Whoever thinks MRT line / station brings profit & added valuation on your properties...
