the multi vits may not be enough. you'll need to try to put the veggie into your meals. if you can get 10 servings a day, you might be surprise at the changes. and take your multivits daily lah. there's no weekend breaks. tongue.gif

it's ok to eat chinese style veggie lah. just don't put in sugar or cornstarch and watch the oil. if your granny wanna put in a lot of cornstarch, ask her nicely for a pinch enough lah (tell her ekonomi not good so have to jaga quantity hahah!).

I cut down into smaller size. if not too tough to chew. I bought 1 whole topside. Quite lean. biggrin.gif

Ah okie. Why not just do some slices and stir-fry with strips of ginger? Add a bit of soy sauce (tiny bit) + pepper and you have ginger beef. Although, you may need some tenderizer to soften it. Just reading up on topside beef and ppl mention that it's tough but lean and needs long cooking time.

U know.... a cheap and easy appliance for cooking is a crockpot i.e. slow cooker. You can put the stuff in the morning and come back evening, it's cook.

Although, the next question is whether the protein is still intact or not. For that, have to ask iamyuanwu.

Eat more veggies! Not enough! LOL!

What you can do is spend the weekend and start chopping veggies. Then take out during the weekday for cooking.

Some veggies can be frozen. Some cannot.

For that, you'd have to ask Syd G. The asparagus that I see in Kuching are the adult ones and not the young shoots kind which is better.

Actually, what kind of veggies do you like to eat?

So, how did the Nike session though? The one where you got a pair of free shoes.
