Types A & B bo liao, Type C open for sale- bigman kor interested to buy?😄

Brochure i got but no specs - ppl just book without it n for ppl buying fully furnished units, they just book w/o confirmed brands for the furnishings🙄🥴😵‍💫

Latest info i got- after hype 2 more resi phases, 2 phase of shopoffices n 1 mall.

Got units to be released Type B soon- pls contact staff if keen🙃🙂

Type C fully furnished units selling at 700+ psft nett, so nt really 850psft as stated earlier🫡, only d smaller units selling close to 800psft nett fully furnished

I believe so as sdp most probably got bulk discounts to furnish d units. Very good option imo, can move in or rent out immediately after vp, no hassle n headache with setting appointments with lots of parties to furnish d unit
