Sdp is like that one, they like to set high price for initial launch to create image that is very positive.

They can afford to do this as they have the money to burn.

Later the sales slow or demand soft, they will launch a more "rahmah" package...

Location is pretty damn congested, and a tad over-priced.
After reviewing last week, decided not to buy.
Cons more than the pros, there is no compelling reason to invest here.
Will keep on looking elsewhere.

Yesterday I asked my friend, he said even the night before many units were blocked already by their staff. Then, came the launching day priority were given to prime members to "select".

No wonder some complained upon online booking activation, many units were all taken up....isnt this a little unfair? Why don't they just close door for the launch and wasting ppl's time?

Is SAMM buyer for Sime Darby project considered prime members?
