Very easy to point finger at poch but behind the scenes what happen we dunno

We went from having a bloated squad to somewhat a thinned out squad back to a bloated squad

Board too business minded, just buy buy buy sell sell sell without consideration for team morale and cohesiveness

Guessing how it works now is board just buy new players regardless of whether we need the profile or not but with potential high resale value, then just tell poch "can you make this work?"

Too much push pull at who gets to play and who doesn't, also these new players are being pampered like superstars, hence why mentally they're so weak when things don't go their way

Poch also needs to get called out for being a yes man only, he needs to be more of an auteur and take control, rather than trying to please the board in the name of "collaboration"

In the end, when results don't come, fans will call out for blood and board will just wash their hands, sack the coach and hire a new yes man, and the circus continues

i think Poch has always been a company man. See last time he at Spurs also goody to owner, until the players deserted him

I kinda hope Poch can identify a Harry Kane or Son Heung Min for us though.

You are right about TOO MUCH, but it is not the time. We have TOO MUCH (many) new faces - hard to finalize a solid starting 11 when almost everyone is a fresh face.
Give too much game time to 1 person = no chance to see the other in action to be evaluated. Real juggling act for Poch - like scientist, mix and match to get the best possible chemistry - we have TOO MUCH new chemical/ingredient, tak sempat nak testing all possible combo

We can't play with 1 upfront anymore, why don't put another one in front?

if colwill start at lb next match, might as well turn of tv... colwill need to use his long pass from a central position, just drop Silva or disasi...

Right now, while owners have some share of the blame but insisting on only young players with lack of experiences and I am more annoyed with Poch and his lineup. What was the point of wonderful preseason if we ended up with a different formation in the end?

Why is he tinkering with the left side so much? Chilwell as winger when we have natural wingers. Colwill as LB when we have natural LBs. Why only 2 attacking players when our issue was scoring goals (the time when he only put Jackson and Sterling upfront)?

He did well during preseason but suddenly he just became someone else. While we have to give him time, the lack of games is making the "leveling up progress" horribly slow.

Against Villa will be a tough one. Unai Emery is a good tactician when he was managing Villareal.
