Different club profile, CHE fans like u want top4 minimum, no win trophy kena kecam, BHA top6 exceed expectation liao. BHA can bring in youth and develop them by letting them play first team football. They have to because they dont have the money like the big club. If BHA is a rich club + challenging for trophy they would pay 100m for RICE rather than buy a youth like CAICEDO already.

How to develop player when fans are happy for GALLAGHER to leave because of 1 bad season by the whole team for finishing 12th ? How to develop BROJA if fans are more than happy if we sold him and bought KANE.

We can bring in top talent like KDB, SALAH, LUKAKU but if they dont get to play they will leave. If they dont leave and continue to stay and warm bench they could end up like CHO, RLC. Even top talent like KAI playing first 11 does not end up to expectation. CUCURELLA one of their best player in BHA when we sign (where MANC also want to sign) was already label a scam after a bad season, same might happen to CAICEDO if we finish 12th again.

I would say club did a good job this transfer windows in refreshing the squad, but dont pancut awal, those 7-8 years long contract is a double edge sword, imaging they end up like BAKAYOKO, PHIL JONES, MAGUIRE ? want sell nobody want, dont want to leave and prefer sit at the bench coz good pay.
