From the rendered image, looks like the A-frame facade is the 3-storey terrace while the boxed frame, the townhouse.

Separate lawn for the upper/lower unit townhouse endlots and tandem carpark for the townhouse.

wonder what the size is? 3 storey terrace is not ideal if it is too narrow. too many stairs to climb

Lakefield is 24 x 80 and over 3000 sq ft. That's more than enough space. However such big space and it being a strata property, must find out how much is the maintenance....

Starting size townhouse 1,200 sq ft.
Terrace 3 storey - 2,400 sq ft (estimate), so each floor about 800sq ft?

should be leasehold. this whole section of Kwasa under MBSA is leasehold. The only freehold Kwasa area would be the ones near to DASH highway side (MBPJ)
