Looks like launch might be nearing, I had indicated my interest a few weeks back and I got a call from the developer's staff yesterday. RM1.3mil for triple storey 20x70 strata leasehold, around 2,400sqft built up. 5 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms. The plot is situated towards Kwasa Sentral MRT side (500m from the station). I actually went to the Sentul Sales Gallery and there is a model of the project there. Still contemplating over the townhouses, if it will be a good buy given the size.
