Facade memang looks funny..Skinny type :-) How about the location of the land ? Is it lower than the main Sungai Buloh road ?

3 story but 2400sqf built up sound small though, it's still over RM500 per sqf

Maybe it is like their previous project at Lakefields, the 1st storey is small because they leave the space for high ceiling for the ground floor living room?
Sorry, I have not been into many 3 storey houses before, so I was expecting a full size layout on the first storey instead of halved.

Sorry, I have not been into many 3 storey houses before, so I was expecting a full size layout on the first storey instead of halved.

Yeah, this is what I mean. So it is actually more like 2 1/2 storey, just that the 1/2 is on the 1st floor instead of 2nd floor....but they are advertising as 3 storey.
Some may like the high ceiling for the spacious aesthetic feel, but for practical use, less one big room on the 1st floor (which could have been the master bedroom) and now the master bedroom is on the highest floor.

This project totally not worth the pricing as next to it is a 5 acres sized mosque in the yellow area.

FYI, 5 acres is almost 50% of this project land size d. Welcome to Friday jam and noises from prayer calls.

Thanks for the info. Was seriously considering this as my first landed home but the price and built up size doesn't match well for me.
Will go for a cheaper house in subsale market that I can move in quicker than waiting for this project.

I stayed in Kota Damansara for a good portion of my life and you have no idea how long I was waiting for new landed properties in Kwasa. Disappointingly, it will be mainly focusing on high rises (again) and affordable apartments.

Kwasa Damansara location is damn good, but the pricing is okay? For freehold some more?

Looks like launch might be nearing, I had indicated my interest a few weeks back and I got a call from the developer's staff yesterday.

RM1.3mil for triple storey 20x70 strata leasehold, around 2,400sqft built up. 5 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms. The plot is situated towards Kwasa Sentral MRT side (500m from the station).

She confirmed launch happening within the next few months (by year end).

I actually went to the Sentul Sales Gallery and there is a model of the project there. Still contemplating over the townhouses, if it will be a good buy given the size.

Anyway here's some details on the project:

Another project in the pipeline is Dedaun Rimba, an upcoming
gated-and-guarded development in the visionary township of Kwasa
Damansara, located northwest of Kuala Lumpur CBD. Dedaun Rimba
presents an opportunity to partner Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd in the
development of the Kwasa Damansara master-planned township.
The project is slated for launch in the fourth quarter of 2023.
