wonder what the size is? 3 storey terrace is not ideal if it is too narrow. too many stairs to climb

Lakefield is 24 x 80 and over 3000 sq ft. That's more than enough space. However such big space and it being a strata property, must find out how much is the maintenance....

Interesting. Are the maintenance fees also used to pay for the clubhouse facilities ie. you will forever be paying for the clubhouse even if you don't use the facilties? Parks, playground and jogging tracks should not cost too much to maintain but I am guessing since there are not many units therefore the maintenance cost is high.

Another landed strata development by a reputed developer separated the clubhouse facilities from the maintenance fees ie. if you don't use the facilities you can opt out of the membership fees. Also that development has about 200+++ units in total so landscape security facilities roughly about 200++

Yes, you are right, the other development has the clubhouse located outside but they give free membership for 2 years and then you can choose whether to continue. Now i understand why the maintenance fee is expensive, got pool to maintain. Those things are expensive. Better use what you pay for then...

Good research and good buy. You bought as it fit your needs. I decided with Elmina Ilham 2 because i wanted a freehold 2 storey strata development which was so difficult to find in PJ so I had to search further. I am guessing that you are mid 30s/early 40s or even younger? If i was your age i would also buy near to public transport but i am looking for a retirement home laugh.gif . I actually had my eye on Kwasa since the Najib government announced it but man... the delays and nothing materialised since then so I could not wait any more.

Thanks. The link house is also proper gated and guarded? so means the property will have a strata title and maintenance. But yes, i would prefer proper GnG too.

Any covered walkway planned? There is no footpath now and during hot sun and heavy rain, will be bad.
