Waseh terang terang extort 10% commissions for help u to get loan?

Looks reasonable.. they give you lot of discount..
Last year, I buying property get quote from 3 different firms, end choose the cheapest one: SPA lawyer: rm 3450 (exclude stamp duty) Loan lawyer: rm 4590 This post has been edited by soulmixx: Jul 11 2023, 08:19 AM |

loyar sign n chop worth alot
My legal fees was 7.5k for a 400k medium cost aprt/condo Useless loyar firm but it was the panel loyar firm for that project so i cannot choose cannot complaint suck it up |
