Last time went to test drive the BMW 330E previous model. Ask how about the battery health, if the previous owners claim new battery, if the battery had battery replaced under warranty etc, they have no idea at all.

2years ago, lucky me.. buying car for my parent from carsome is very smooth.. the car no major problem (produa) till now.. browse their website, read their inspection report, call for appointment.. at branch, look the car in/out.. go test drive.. everything seem good straight pay down payment at the time got promotion, free platinum warranty plan + rm500 discount.. all process/loan handle by them and get the car key less than a month.. Hi carsome worker or marketing dept worker, if you read this post, please follow up my case tq, all your carsome hotline aftersales agent know who am i before i say my name/number d. stop sugarcoating your company with all the words and terms in your funky website and other peoples website and solve my issue thanks. |
