Diff story bro...The flyover contributed by IOI....they want to push their IOI Rio development hence they have to enhance the infrastructural of Bandar Puteri....

Agree, did not know why they wanted to fly off LDP when the big spiral bottleneck is there staring at every passing driver, until I saw what came to Lebuh Puteri afterwards

Honestly the flyover consider the best move in this part of Puchong. Those who went thru the old bridge and waiting for the traffic light to turn in Bandar Puteri knows the pain. The flyover and Lebuh Puteri improved alot the traffic here rclxms.gif thumbup.gif

AYER now wanna build more and more smaller landed but at least this 26' width is better than previous.

But 1.25mil for 26x66 quite expensive at such area, but limited new landed so sure can sell since just 43 units. +200k go get cluster, hmmm if me, I go for cluster.

Compared to the last landed project Bromelia by the same developer, the superlink is bigger.

I think location wise it's not that much different from the BK landed (congested highway) recent projects which launch 20+ units each time that quickly get sold out because there's really not enough.

There is another project 32*70, with 10 feets land beside.
3 storey semi D cluster, build up 3420 Sqft .. Hilltop area non flooded area..

Ya, Bromelia is quite small. Standard linked home is 22x75 and sad to hear nowadays 26x66 is consider superlink, lol.

Location wise and accessibility, it's a huge difference if compare to BK.

BK's BJ Highway is moving jam which either linked to LDP but avoided IOI side and the other side towards MEX or Sg Besi highway. It's next to KL.
But Bdr Bukit Puchong (BBP) is different.

The biggest different is the locality, the people staying in BK / Bdr Puteri Puchong are different compare to Puchong Utama / Prima / BBP / Saujana side.

I think 26ft width is indeed wider than usual. Typically terrace houses won't go beyond 24ft since some decades ago now?

How are the people different? In what sense?

There are plenty 25ft to 30ft wide terrace house … can check it in Elmina Gardens, Temasya Glenmarie, Bandar Kinrara BK8 Qaseh, Legasi 3, BK6 Melody, Taman Esplanade Bkt Jalil, Alam Impian, Gamuda Jade Hills, Casaman and Mansion at Desa Park City…etc. normally new development will be very few now day due to high land cost… 10 + years ago still easy to get
