It's the small square box you highlighted, next to Taylor's International School.
This is in the real Bukit Puchong, and can walk to LDP, not have to go through long internal roads.

That's true, it's a spiral away from Puchong Puteri.
It's further than Puteri if you're aiming to go to Bukit Jalil, Sunway, PJ but not that much further, and nearer to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya,
and similar distance to Shah Alam / Klang passing by Putra Heights

The outermost south-facing houses will be facing SKVE like how Taylor's International School is, there'd be an inner road between the project and the highway.

During peak hours in the morning, the roads immediately feeding into that part of LDP are ok, typical queues at traffic lights not as long as some areas, but the stretch of LDP leading to the spiral is slow moving because cars change lanes before the spiral and some inner roads from Puchong Perdana feeding in to LDP so you have lanes merging somewhat.

Recently I notice that in the afternoons, even the opposite direction may get slow moving from the spiral to the Puchong Perdana area, could be because of cars merging from IOI Puchong and Shah Alam/Klang (Putra Heights direction). After Puchong Perdana towards Puchong South (agent language) is ok.

Might want to consider redesigning that spiral.
Highways shouldn't spiral like that. See how it's done in PJ.

Before 7.45am it's ok and the stretch is not a long one.
Afternoon evening the slow stretch is between the spiral and exit to Puchong Perdana.
I think more people are passing through using LDP, from central to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya , more new landed townships south beyond Puchong now

Hopefully when we have new highways from central Klang Valley to these outskirt south townships like Mex2 etc, less people will use LDP for passing through

Compared to the last landed project Bromelia by the same developer, the superlink is bigger.

I think location wise it's not that much different from the BK landed (congested highway) recent projects which launch 20+ units each time that quickly get sold out because there's really not enough.

I think 26ft width is indeed wider than usual. Typically terrace houses won't go beyond 24ft since some decades ago now?

How are the people different? In what sense?
