It should be for those from putar heights direction to do the spiral in order to get into pucong. (Becoz they have just paid toll??) Now, even worse adding pillars under the spiral underpass to limit the movement for those taking the spiral turns. Doubt the spiral can be redesigned. Best to ride motorcycles from/to the site.
