if curry made from curry powder, chili powder, spices and water, where does the equivalent calory came from? The infographics claimed the kuah banjir is equivalent to the calory from rice, protein and vege.

This is what I meant.

My meal consumption I eat normally in moderation.
I don't do what what keto diet la, starving diet la, IF la.
All I do is every day exercise. No need 1 hour. No need 2 hours. Just a solid 30 minutes will do.

curry is just spices and santan,... not much carbs if no put potato ,.. how come the calories doubled if kuah banjir ???
