A strange thing happened...
On 12th June I placed an order for a RM1k item...
Shopee tracking says - J&T is handling the item...
Expected delivery date was on 17th of June...
However... since 14th of June... item still stuck NOT MOVING AT ALL at J&T JTI FREIGHT 999 (item bound for Sabah)...
On 17th June - item still stuck there... no update at all.. Shopee system says give chance another 4 days, promised it will arrive...
4 days gone... its 23rd already... suddenly shopee system says - "Item reported to be LOST" and shopee says it will proceed to refund...
LO AND BEHOLD...
Item suddenly arrived on 25th... but system says already Lost...
Also... I got the refund back to my Credit Card...
So now... I got both the item... AND the refund...
So:
1. What do I do now? Shopee havent called me about it, I dont see any mechanism to settle this.
2. Will the seller be compensated for this?
3. Should I just leave it be and say PADAN MUKAK SHOPEE & J&T for lousy service?
