From my experience, bufferbloat usually caused by ISP rather than router.
My 2 houses are using Citybroadband and Maxis thru Allo backbone, both bufferbloat A/A+. Using cheap/stock ISP router.
While my office using some highend router & cisco switch, 800mbps plan, still B/C only.
