Can anyone help me
I done port forward using maxis correctly, but problem is, if at outside, I using maxis either fiber or mobile, I can't access the port forwarded (cctv), unless I use 1.1.1.1 or other than maxis provider.
Anything i did wrong?

i may ask you what ISP you using now
if you ISP using Maxis fibre mean = you is PRIVATE IP 100%
if you ISP using UNIFI Fibre mean = you is PUBLIC IP 100%
you unifi fibre is 300mbps then public ip 100%

mine 100mbps i am still Public IP

someone 100mbps got private ip

i don't know if you using 100mbps you need check router ip address public ip or private ip

If my provider is non maxis like unifi, yes or digi or whatever other than maxis, I can see the cctv. Use home wifi at outside also can't see if it is maxis home fiber. If unifi then ok.

since u said public have u configured your dvr correctly? If all correct means maxis has blocked u from viewing the cctv from outside your home. Need to call maxis to unblock.

In short, u said cannot access the CCTV on any Maxis network, correct?

On other networks, the CCTV is accessible, correct?

In this case, your configs were correct and nothing else to do.

My guess is Maxis blocked certain ports or traffic on their network. This u will need to contact support to check.
