Help with maxis port forward, Can't access from outside if using maxis

Can anyone help me
I done port forward using maxis correctly, but problem is, if at outside, I using maxis either fiber or mobile, I can't access the port forwarded (cctv), unless I use 1.1.1.1 or other than maxis provider. Anything i did wrong? |
